超聲—回彈綜合法檢測(cè)青島地區(qū)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)技術(shù)的日趨完善,建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的十六字指導(dǎo)思想“驗(yàn)評(píng)分離,強(qiáng)化驗(yàn)收,完善手段,過(guò)程控制”在工程中的具體應(yīng)用得以實(shí)現(xiàn)!巴晟剖侄巍边@一指導(dǎo)思想在工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收中也就顯示出越來(lái)越重要的的位;用科學(xué)的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)判斷,避免減少人為因素的干擾和主觀評(píng)價(jià)的影響,同時(shí)建立規(guī)范的“平行檢查”中增加檢測(cè)手段控制,為工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收、結(jié)構(gòu)完整和使用功能的完善提供保證;貜椃ㄖ荒軠y(cè)得混凝土表層的強(qiáng)度,內(nèi)部情況卻無(wú)法得知,當(dāng)混凝土的強(qiáng)度較低時(shí),其塑性變形較大,此時(shí)回彈值與混凝土表層強(qiáng)度之間的變化關(guān)系不太明顯;超聲波在混凝土中的傳播速度可以反映混凝土內(nèi)部的強(qiáng)度變化,但對(duì)強(qiáng)度較高的混凝土,波速隨強(qiáng)度的變化不太明顯。若將回彈法、超聲波法兩種方法結(jié)合,互相取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)建立超聲波波速-回彈值-混凝土強(qiáng)度之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,用雙參數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)定混凝土的強(qiáng)度,即為超聲-回彈綜合法。超聲法檢測(cè)混凝土強(qiáng)度充分反映了超聲波歷程上混凝土內(nèi)部材料的平均強(qiáng)度,而回彈法的回彈值僅反映了結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土表面層的材料強(qiáng)度。超聲法和回彈法檢測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土強(qiáng)度的測(cè)量值是可以互相補(bǔ)償?shù)?消除碳化因素的影響。試驗(yàn)證明:超聲-回彈綜合法檢測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件混凝土強(qiáng)度的精確度和可靠性要高于單一的超聲法或回彈法。因此,在混凝土構(gòu)件的質(zhì)量控制及檢測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件混凝土強(qiáng)度中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。綜合法正是利用了兩種對(duì)構(gòu)件損傷最小,一個(gè)利用構(gòu)件內(nèi)部的物理指標(biāo),一個(gè)從表面硬度著手,起到由表至內(nèi)多側(cè)面綜合反應(yīng)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度,正因?yàn)槭嵌鄠?cè)面反應(yīng)混凝土強(qiáng)度指標(biāo),故有較好的相關(guān)性。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)建立超聲波波速--回彈值—混凝土強(qiáng)度之間用來(lái)檢測(cè)普通-高強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度的相關(guān)關(guān)系方程式,開(kāi)創(chuàng)性地采用高強(qiáng)回彈儀用雙參數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)定普通-高強(qiáng)混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度,為實(shí)際工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)普通-高強(qiáng)混凝土提供了一種較為先進(jìn)、可靠的檢測(cè)方法.因此,本研究通過(guò)試驗(yàn)建立了用超聲-回彈綜合法測(cè)定普通-高強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度的專(zhuān)門(mén)曲線(相關(guān)關(guān)系方程式),并制備了與結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體一致的同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試塊,因此,得到的相關(guān)關(guān)系方程式具有較強(qiáng)實(shí)用性,利用該相關(guān)關(guān)系方程式能較準(zhǔn)確地推算結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體的強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of construction engineering quality inspection technology, the concrete application of 16-word guiding ideology in the unified standard of construction quality acceptance of construction engineering, such as "score separation, strengthen acceptance, perfect means and process control", has been realized. The guiding ideology of "perfect means" is more and more important in the acceptance of engineering quality. Scientific test data are used to judge and avoid the interference of human factors and the influence of subjective evaluation. At the same time, the standard "parallel inspection" is established to increase the control of testing means for the acceptance of engineering quality. Complete structure and perfect function provide guarantee. The rebound method can only measure the strength of the surface layer of concrete, but the internal situation can not be known. When the strength of concrete is low, the plastic deformation of concrete is larger, and the relationship between the rebound value and the strength of the surface layer of concrete is not obvious. The velocity of ultrasonic wave propagation in concrete can reflect the change of strength inside the concrete, but for the concrete with high strength, the change of wave velocity with strength is not obvious. If the springback method and ultrasonic method are combined to complement each other, the correlation between ultrasonic wave velocity, rebound value and concrete strength is established through experiments, and the strength of concrete is evaluated with two parameters. That is ultrasonic-springback synthesis method. Ultrasonic testing of concrete strength fully reflects the average strength of concrete internal materials in ultrasonic history, while the rebound value of springback method only reflects the material strength of the surface layer of structural concrete. The measured values of ultrasonic and springback methods can compensate each other and eliminate the influence of carbonation factors. The test results show that the accuracy and reliability of the ultrasonic and springback comprehensive method for detecting the strength of structure and member concrete is higher than that of the single ultrasonic method or springback method. Therefore, it is widely used in the quality control of concrete members and the detection of concrete strength. The synthetic method uses two kinds of the least damage to the members, one is the physical index of the component, the other is from the surface hardness to the comprehensive reaction concrete compressive strength from the surface to the inside. Because it is a multi-side concrete strength index, so there is a good correlation. The correlation equation between ultrasonic wave velocity, springback value and concrete strength is established by experiment to detect the strength of ordinary high strength concrete. The compressive strength of ordinary high strength concrete is evaluated by using the high strength resilience instrument with two parameters, which provides a more advanced and reliable testing method for common high strength concrete in practical engineering field. Therefore, in this study, a special curve (correlation equation) was established to determine the strength of ordinary high strength concrete by ultrasonic rebound synthesis method, and the same condition curing test block was prepared in accordance with the structural entity. The correlation relation equation is practical, and the strength of the structure can be calculated more accurately by using the correlation equation.
