不同直徑纖維混合玻璃纖維紙的保溫隔音性能

【摘要】:玻璃纖維紙是一種優(yōu)良的阻燃保溫隔音過濾材料,在高鐵、航空航天和航海領(lǐng)域有廣泛的應用。本文通過濕法打漿工藝制備不同纖維混合的玻璃纖維紙,重點探究其孔徑分布、透氣性能、保溫性能以及隔音性能。結(jié)果表明:隨著玻璃纖維紙中細纖維含量的增加,平均孔徑和透氣率先減小后增加;隨著玻璃纖維紙中細纖維含量的增加,紙張的導熱系數(shù)先降低后升高,隔音量先升高后降低。纖維配比為粗纖維50%+細纖維50%,玻璃纖維紙的保溫隔音性能最佳。
[Abstract]:Glass fiber paper is a kind of excellent flame retardant, insulation and sound filter material, which has been widely used in the fields of high-speed, aerospace and navigation. In this paper, glass fiber paper with different fibers was prepared by wet beating process, and its pore size distribution, air permeability, heat preservation and sound insulation were investigated. The results show that the average pore size and air permeability decrease first and then increase with the increase of the content of fine fiber in glass fiber paper. With the increase of the content of fine fiber in glass fiber paper, the thermal conductivity of paper first decreases and then increases, and the sound insulation content increases first and then decreases. Fiber ratio is 50% coarse fiber fine fiber 50, glass fiber paper insulation sound insulation performance is the best.
