紫砂陶含F(xiàn)e導(dǎo)熱性能研究

【摘要】:紫砂土以含鐵粘土為主要成分,通過成型燒結(jié),重點(diǎn)研究了不同含鐵量對燒結(jié)后紫砂試樣的吸水率、燒結(jié)溫度和導(dǎo)熱性能的影響,通過XRD分析試樣物相組成。結(jié)果表明:隨著含鐵量增加,燒結(jié)溫度逐漸降低,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增加,含鐵量為22%時,燒結(jié)溫度降低到1070℃,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增加到5.52 W/(m·K)。
[Abstract]:The effects of different iron content on the water absorption, sintering temperature and thermal conductivity of purple sand samples after sintering were studied by forming and sintering. The phase composition of the samples was analyzed by XRD. The results show that the sintering temperature decreases and the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of iron content.
