界面厚度對(duì)雙絲拉拔混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:考慮三維狀態(tài)下界面、鋼絲和混凝土基體三相材料物理力學(xué)參數(shù)的介觀非均勻分布,利用有限元軟件建立了雙絲拉拔混凝土三維模型,研究了界面厚度對(duì)雙絲拉拔混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響及界面的作用機(jī)理,獲得試件聲發(fā)射演化過(guò)程圖和聲發(fā)射-位移-荷載曲線,得到峰值荷載、韌性和聲發(fā)射耗散總能量隨界面厚度變化的曲線.研究結(jié)果表明,試件的界面越厚,界面?zhèn)鬟f應(yīng)力的能力越強(qiáng),平均界面剪切強(qiáng)度越大,雙絲發(fā)生脫黏的時(shí)間也越晚.此外,適當(dāng)增加界面的厚度有利于提高雙絲試件的拉拔強(qiáng)度和韌性.
[Abstract]:Considering the mesoscopic non-uniform distribution of the physical and mechanical parameters of the three-phase material of steel wire and concrete matrix under the three-dimensional state, a three-dimensional model of double-wire drawing concrete is established by using the finite element software. The influence of interface thickness on mechanical properties of double-wire drawn concrete and the mechanism of interface are studied. The acoustic emission evolution process diagram and acoustic emission displacement-load curve of the specimen are obtained, and the peak load is obtained. The curves of toughness and total energy dissipation of acoustic emission with interface thickness. The results show that the thicker the interface, the stronger the ability of transmitting stress, the greater the average interfacial shear strength, and the later the time of debonding occurs. In addition, the tensile strength and toughness of the double wire specimens can be improved by increasing the thickness of the interface.
