粉煤灰為基制備耐火材料的研究

【摘要】:以粉煤灰為主要原材料,煤矸石和工業(yè)氧化鋁為輔料,通過(guò)控制物料比例制備了不同Al_2O_3含量在不同燒結(jié)溫度下的耐火材料。對(duì)所制備材料進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)性能測(cè)試,并借助X射線(xiàn)衍射和掃描電鏡對(duì)材料進(jìn)行微觀分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:不同的燒結(jié)溫度及氧化鋁含量對(duì)耐火制品的致密性、力學(xué)性能、耐火度和晶型狀態(tài)都有影響。制品在1350℃、Al_2O_3的含量為45%時(shí),其性能指標(biāo)為:體積密度2.47 g/cm~3、常溫耐壓41 MPa、耐火度1450℃、晶型狀態(tài)以莫來(lái)石相和剛玉相為主。該制品的力學(xué)性能和使用性能較好,可為進(jìn)一步利用粉煤灰制備高附加值材料奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Using fly ash as the main raw material, coal gangue and industrial alumina as auxiliary materials, the refractories with different Al_2O_3 content at different sintering temperature were prepared by controlling the material ratio. The structure and properties of the prepared materials were tested, and the microstructure of the materials was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.
