乳膠粒徑對聚合物改性水泥基材料性能的影響

【摘要】:合成了3種數(shù)均乳膠粒徑分別為138,202,251nm的聚合物乳液,考查了乳膠粒徑對聚合物在水泥表面吸附量、水泥凈漿凝結(jié)時(shí)間、新拌砂漿流動(dòng)度和含氣量、硬化砂漿力學(xué)性能的影響.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):在相同聚灰比(mP/mC)條件下,隨乳膠粒徑減小,聚合物在水泥表面的吸附量降低,水泥凈漿的凝結(jié)時(shí)間變長,新拌砂漿流動(dòng)度增大,硬化砂漿抗折強(qiáng)度提高,抗壓強(qiáng)度下降;新拌砂漿含氣量在mP/mC5%時(shí)隨乳膠粒徑減小而增大,在mP/mC≥5%時(shí)隨乳膠粒徑減小而減小;在飽和吸附量下單位質(zhì)量水泥表面所吸附的3種聚合物覆蓋面積與其粒徑無關(guān),分別為1 918,2 111,1 963cm2/g,比水泥的勃氏比表面積(3 530cm2/g)小.
[Abstract]:Three kinds of polymer emulsions with average emulsion size of 138202251nm were synthesized. The effects of emulsion particle size on the adsorption amount of polymer on cement surface, setting time of cement paste, flowability and air content of fresh mortar, and mechanical properties of hardened mortar were investigated. The results show that under the same mP/mC, with the decrease of latex particle size, the adsorption amount of polymer on cement surface decreases, the setting time of cement paste becomes longer, the flowability of fresh mortar increases, and the flexural strength of hardened mortar increases. The compressive strength decreases; The gas content of fresh mortar increases with the decrease of latex particle size at mP/mC5%, and decreases with the decrease of latex particle size at mP/mC 鈮,
