載體用高比表面超細(xì)二氧化鋯的制備及結(jié)構(gòu)表征

【摘要】:以氧氯化鋯溶液為前驅(qū)體,一定量的PEG-600為分散劑,氨水為沉淀劑,通過(guò)化學(xué)沉淀法合成氫氧化鋯沉淀。經(jīng)后續(xù)洗滌、過(guò)濾、干燥和焙燒制得二氧化鋯粉體材料。經(jīng)過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)確定沉淀法各工藝參數(shù)的影響范圍,以單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)確定的主要因素設(shè)計(jì)正交實(shí)驗(yàn),尋找制備高比表面超細(xì)二氧化鋯的最佳工藝條件。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析可得:最佳工藝條件為氧氯化鋯濃度為0.6 mol/L,氨水的pH為11.5,反應(yīng)溫度為55℃,焙燒溫度為400℃。對(duì)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)最佳工藝條件下制得的二氧化鋯進(jìn)行了粒度檢測(cè)和BET、SEM表征,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):產(chǎn)品粒度微小均勻,平均粒徑為1.3μm,孔結(jié)構(gòu)豐富,表面粗糙呈菜花狀,比表面積可達(dá)214 m2/g,符合作載體的基本要求。
[Abstract]:Zirconia hydroxide precipitation was synthesized by chemical precipitation with zirconium oxychloride solution as precursor, certain amount of PEG-600 as dispersant and ammonia water as precipitant. Zirconia powder was prepared by subsequent washing, filtration, drying and roasting. The influence range of each technological parameter of precipitation method was determined by single factor experiment. The orthogonal experiment was designed with the main factors determined by single factor experiment to find out the best technological conditions for preparing ultrafine zirconia with high specific surface.
