煤矸石摻合料的制備及對混凝土堿-骨料反應影響

【摘要】:通過強度評價法,研究了煅燒溫度、恒溫時間及冷卻方式三種熱處理技術對未燃煤矸石活性的影響,并將制備的煤矸石摻合料與粉煤灰、礦粉進行了性能對比。在此基礎上,通過膠砂流動度和快速砂漿棒試驗,研究了煤矸石摻和料的細度、摻量對其稠度和堿-骨料反應的影響。試驗結果表明:機械和熱活化的煤矸石粉具有微集料和活性效應,對拌合物稠度有一定的改善作用,對混凝土膨脹有一定的抑制作用,其中細度比摻量影響的權重大。當?shù)孛喉肥?50℃下煅燒3 h、細度達到1150 m2/kg且摻量控制在5%時,煤矸石摻和料對工作性的改善,以及混凝土堿-骨料反應膨脹抑制效果最好。
[Abstract]:The effects of calcination temperature, constant temperature time and cooling method on the activity of unburned coal gangue were studied by the strength evaluation method. The properties of the prepared coal gangue admixture with fly ash and mineral powder were compared. On this basis, the effects of fineness and content of coal gangue admixture on its consistency and alkali-aggregate reaction were studied through mortar fluidity and rapid mortar rod tests. The experimental results show that the mechanically and thermally activated coal gangue powder has microaggregate and active effect, which can improve the consistency of the mixture and inhibit the concrete expansion to a certain extent, in which the fineness is bigger than the weight of the influence of the content of the mixture.
