溫敏型共聚物誘導下大孔碳酸鈣的制備研究

【摘要】:本文以共聚物聚N-乙烯基己內酰胺-β-環(huán)糊精(PNVCL-β-CD)為添加劑,水為溶劑,采用氣體擴散法制備碳酸鈣晶體。研究了溫度、聚合物濃度、Ca~(2+)濃度、聚N-乙烯基己內酰胺(PNVCL)鏈長對碳酸鈣生長的影響,探究所得到的晶體的可能生長機理。1,在25℃、Ca~(2+)濃度為20 mM時,改變聚合物PNVCL35-β-CD的濃度,皆得到了表面光滑的菱面體結構和束狀結構,使用不同濃度的PNVCL35≡和β環(huán)糊精(β-CD)進行對比,PNVCL鏈長對碳酸鈣的幾何構型起到了調控作用,而β-CD則起到了溶劑的作用。改變聚合物的鏈長,使用濃度為1.0 g/L的聚合物PNVCL25-β-CD、PNVCL45-β-CD,分別得到光滑的偽十二面體和表面有圓形孔狀的菱面體結構。2,在50℃、Ca~(2+)濃度為20 mM時,隨著聚合物PNVCL35-β-CD濃度的增加,晶體表面的孔逐漸增大加深,當聚合物濃度為1.0 g/L時,得到了奶酪狀的碳酸鈣晶體,使用不同濃度的PNVCL35≡和β-CD進行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)使用PNVCL得到了表面略顯粗糙的菱面體結構,而β-CD得到了與低溫時一致的結構。改變礦化溫度,得到表面粗糙帶孔的不規(guī)則菱面體結構,降低Ca~(2+)濃度,得到表面略有孔狀的菱面體結構,改變聚合物的鏈長,使用濃度為1.0 g/L的聚合物PNVCL25-β-CD、PNVCL45-β-CD,分別得到多孔的偽十二面體和較多孔的奶酪狀結構。3,在常溫下,β-CD只起到了溶劑的作用,聚合物的鏈長決定了碳酸鈣的幾何構型,而在高溫時,二者同時影響碳酸鈣的形貌,聚合物的鏈長起到了使晶體的幾何構型發(fā)生改變,而β-CD以其較大的空間結構則起到了致孔的作用。
