機械蒸汽再壓縮技術4種典型蒸發(fā)器的比較

【摘要】:機械蒸汽再壓縮(MVR)技術是近年來快速發(fā)展的一項重要環(huán)保節(jié)能技術,其核心設備是蒸發(fā)器和壓縮機。總結了4種典型蒸發(fā)器的優(yōu)缺點,并根據(jù)國內(nèi)外相關研究總結了其在MVR領域的應用現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,為以后MVR技術應用于化工廢水處理零排放等方面提供參考。
[Abstract]:Mechanical steam recompression (MVR) technology is an important environmental protection and energy saving technology developed rapidly in recent years. Its core equipment is evaporator and compressor. The advantages and disadvantages of four typical evaporators are summarized, and their application status and development trend in the field of MVR are summarized according to the relevant research at home and abroad, which provides a reference for the future application of MVR technology in the zero discharge of chemical wastewater treatment.
