雙季銨鹽殺生劑的中試合成及現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在小試的基礎(chǔ)上,以工業(yè)級十二烷基二甲基叔胺和環(huán)氧氯丙烷為原料,于50 L反應(yīng)釜中合成了一種對稱型陽離子雙十二烷基γ-雙季銨鹽殺生劑(DBAS),收率高達96.08%,~1H NMR圖譜表明其分子中含有—N~+(CH_3)_2—和—OH等基團,與小試產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)相同。以山東某焦化廠的循環(huán)冷卻水為對象,DBAS為殺生劑進行現(xiàn)場試用。結(jié)果表明,向保有水量為900 m~3的循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)中投加10 L 5.7%DBAS溶液,2.5 h內(nèi)殺菌率即達96.08%,加藥2 d后,殺菌率仍為93.64%,較原氧化性殺生劑有較大抑菌性能提升。DBAS對循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中異養(yǎng)菌具有明顯抑制作用,其投加量與濁度變化關(guān)系呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,據(jù)此確立以其為指示的殺生機制及投加周期,即每3~5 d投加1次,每次投加5 L濃度為5.7%的DBAS。為期一個月的現(xiàn)場試用,其循環(huán)水濁度均低于6NTU,遠低于該公司要求≤20NTU的考核指標。雙季銨鹽殺生劑DBAS具有殺菌見效快、藥效持續(xù)時間長、菌體易從循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中分離等優(yōu)點,適用于工業(yè)循環(huán)冷卻水中微生物控制,是一種較理想的新一代工業(yè)用殺生劑,有一定的市場應(yīng)用前景和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the small test, a symmetric cationic double-dodecyl benzene-double-quaternary salt-killing agent (DBAS) was synthesized in a 50-L reaction kettle with the industrial grade of dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and epoxy chloropropane as the raw material. The yield of DBAS was 91.08%. The ~ 1H NMR spectrum showed that the molecules contained in the molecule of HCN ~ + (CH _ 3) _ 2 and HOH groups were the same as the structure of the small-test product. Taking the circulating cooling water of a coking plant in Shandong as the target, the DBAS is used as a biocide for the on-site test. The results showed that 10 L of 5.7% DBAS solution was added to the circulating cooling water system with water volume of 900 m ~ 3, and the sterilization rate was 96. 08% in 2. 5 h. After the addition of 2 days, the sterilization rate was still 90.64%. The effect of DBAS on heterotrophic bacteria in the circulating water system has a positive correlation with the relationship between the addition amount and the turbidity change, and the killing mechanism and the dosing cycle indicated by the DBAS are established, i.e. once every 3-5 days, the DBAS with a concentration of 5-7% is added for each time. The water turbidity of the circulating water is lower than 6NTU for a one-month on-site test, which is far lower than that of the company's requirements of 20NTU. The double-quaternary salt-killing agent DBAS has the advantages of quick sterilization effect, long drug effect duration, easy separation of the thallus from the circulating water system and the like, is suitable for microbial control in the industrial circulating cooling water, is an ideal new generation industrial biocide, and has certain market application prospect and popularization value.
