熔鹽氮化法低溫合成AlN粉體

【摘要】:以LiCl-KCl為熔鹽介質(zhì),以金屬鋁粉和三聚氰胺為原料,采用熔鹽氮化法低溫合成了AlN粉體。研究了反應(yīng)溫度和熔鹽/反應(yīng)物比例對AlN粉體合成過程的影響,采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)對產(chǎn)物的物相和形貌進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:1)當(dāng)熔鹽/反應(yīng)物比例為4:1時,1000℃/3h反應(yīng)后所得試樣中AlN的純度較高,所合成的AlN呈現(xiàn)不規(guī)則顆粒狀,其粒徑約為200-800nm;2)AlN的含量隨反應(yīng)溫度的升高而增加;3)增加熔鹽/反應(yīng)物的比例有利于AlN的生成,其含量隨熔鹽/反應(yīng)物比例的增加而增加。
[Abstract]:AlN powder was synthesized by nitridation of molten salt with LiCl-KCl as molten salt medium, aluminum powder and melamine as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature and the ratio of molten salt to reactant on the synthesis process of AlN powder were studied. The phase and morphology of AlN powder were characterized by (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that: 1) when the ratio of molten salt to reactant was 4:1, the purity of AlN in the sample was higher after reaction at 1000 鈩,
