復(fù)合混凝土砌塊砌體力學(xué)性能試驗與研究

【摘要】:在我國,建筑耗能約占全社會耗能的1/3。墻體材料是我國建筑業(yè)的重要組成部分,大多砌塊的生產(chǎn)過程都是高耗能、高排放、高污染的過程。國家提出墻體材料改革為新型混凝土砌塊的應(yīng)用提供了一個新的機遇。斷橋混凝土復(fù)合保溫砌塊是一種新型墻體材料,它集保溫、環(huán)保、節(jié)能、節(jié)土、圍護(hù)等功能于一體新型墻體材料,多年來新型砌塊難以普遍應(yīng)用,歸根結(jié)底是生產(chǎn)工藝不夠成熟,設(shè)計和施工技術(shù)不夠規(guī)范。本文通過試驗,研究了復(fù)合混凝土砌塊和砌體的基本力學(xué)性能和分析。1)砌塊強度試驗。根據(jù)試驗得出每批砌塊的強度試驗值,看是否能夠達(dá)到砌塊的目標(biāo)強度,為生產(chǎn)廠家提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。2)對斷橋混凝土砌塊砌體的基本力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行試驗。分別做砌體抗壓強度試驗、砌體沿墻面內(nèi)和沿墻面外抗剪強度試驗、砌體沿通縫抗彎試驗和沿齒縫抗彎試驗,對結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,提出對混凝土砌塊生產(chǎn)的改進(jìn)建議。根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果和規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)得出砌體的抗壓、抗剪、抗彎等強度設(shè)計值。3)泊松比和彈性模量。在抗壓強度試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,用位移計測試件的縱向變形和橫向變形,荷載傳感器測量荷載,計算得出砌體的泊松比和彈性模量。4)對砌體在實際工程中對應(yīng)的力學(xué)問題進(jìn)行分析計算。根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果和計算得出的砌體的各強度設(shè)計值,對素填充墻的墻體進(jìn)行抗風(fēng)分析,素填充墻進(jìn)行抗震分析,對填充墻體的構(gòu)造進(jìn)行設(shè)計和填充墻的連接件設(shè)計。通過以上的試驗研究和分析為斷橋混凝土復(fù)合保溫砌塊的推廣及應(yīng)用提供必要的基本力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)和理論依據(jù),亦為遼寧省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編制提供技術(shù)參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In China, building energy consumption accounts for about a third of the total social energy consumption. The wall material is an important part of the construction industry in our country, and the production process of most masonry blocks is a process of high energy consumption, high emission and high pollution. The reform of wall material provides a new opportunity for the application of new concrete block. Broken bridge concrete composite insulation block is a new type of wall material, which integrates the functions of heat preservation, environmental protection, energy saving, soil saving and enclosure. In the final analysis, the production process is not mature enough, design and construction technology is not standard enough. In this paper, the basic mechanical properties and analysis of composite concrete block and masonry are studied by means of tests. According to the test results, the strength test value of each block is obtained to see whether the target strength of the block can be achieved or not. 2) the basic mechanical properties of concrete block masonry with broken bridges are tested. Tests on compressive strength of masonry, shear strength tests of masonry along and out of walls, bending tests of masonry along joints and flexural tests along tooth joints are made respectively. The result data are analyzed and suggestions for improvement of concrete block production are put forward. According to the test results and the criterion, the design values of compressive, shear and flexural strength of masonry are obtained. 3) Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus. On the basis of compressive strength test, load sensor is used to measure the load by measuring the longitudinal and transverse deformation of the parts with the displacement meter. The Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus of masonry are calculated. 4) the corresponding mechanical problems of masonry in practical engineering are analyzed and calculated. According to the test results and the calculated design values of masonry strength, the wind resistance analysis of the wall filled with primary wall, the seismic analysis of the wall filled with element, the design of the structure of filled wall and the design of connectors of filled wall are carried out. Through the above experimental research and analysis, this paper provides the necessary basic mechanical performance indexes and theoretical basis for the popularization and application of broken bridge concrete composite insulation block, and also provides technical parameters for the compilation of local standards in Liaoning Province.
