鉛基壓電陶瓷承燒板的制備及其性能

【摘要】:采用低膨脹相材料、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性強的基相材料及其它輔助相材料為主要原料,采用壓力注漿成型,自然干燥,常壓燒結(jié)工藝制備鉛基壓電陶瓷承燒板。研究晶相組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)對燒銀承燒板使用壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明:在最佳工藝條件下可制備熱膨脹系數(shù)α_((室溫~800℃))=2.81×10~(-6)℃~(-1),抗彎強度151.6 MPa,抗熱震性△T≥400℃不裂的陶瓷承燒器具,用作鉛基壓電陶瓷被銀后燒銀(700~850℃)承燒板,其使用壽命超過150次。
