鉺鐿共摻鐵酸鎵陶瓷上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光性質(zhì)研究
[Abstract]:It has been found that rare earth up-conversion luminescent materials can realize the up-conversion of excited light energy and have great potential in the fields of temperature measurement infrared radiation detection and three-dimensional stereoscopic display. The selection of appropriate up-conversion matrix is beneficial to the improvement of luminescence efficiency of rare-earth ion upconversion, so finding suitable up-conversion substrate has become a hot topic at home and abroad. Gallium ferrate ceramics (GaFeO_3) have good physical and chemical stability and low phonon energy. Therefore, Er~ (3) and Yb~ (3) co-doped gallium ferrite ceramics (GaFeO_3) were selected as the research object in this paper, and their up-conversion luminescence properties were studied. A series of gallium ferrite ceramics with different concentrations of Er~ (3) and Yb~ (3) were prepared by traditional solid-state sintering method. The doping concentrations of Er~ (3) were 1% and 5% respectively. The doping concentration of Yb~ (3) ions is 5%. The samples were characterized by XRD, Raman spectroscopy and surface morphology. A series of erbium and ytterbium doped gallium ferrite ceramics with different concentrations were pumped by a 970 nm laser at room temperature. It is found that the quenching concentration is 4, which is attributed to the cross relaxation process between Er~ (3) ions due to the high concentration of Er~ (3) ions, which inhibits the up-conversion fluorescence emission process. The relationship between the up-conversion fluorescence intensity and the pump energy of erbium and ytterbium-doped gallium ferrite ceramics was also investigated. The fluorescence intensity and pump energy were fitted logarithmically. We find that the slope of the fitting line is not close to the number of photons absorbed in the upconversion process. The relationship between the up-conversion fluorescence intensity and the applied electric field of the erbium-ytterbium-doped gallium ferrite ceramics was studied by applying different electric fields. It was found that with the increasing of the applied electric field, each fluorescence peak value would weaken gradually. The response of up-conversion fluorescence emission intensity to temperature was also studied by changing the ambient temperature of Erbium-ytterbium-doped gallium ferrate ceramics. For the first time, the temperature sensitivity curves of erbium and ytterbium doped gallium ferrite ceramics are obtained, which provides experimental basis for the application of gallium ferrite ceramics to upconversion luminescent materials under complex temperature varying conditions.
