十二烷基苯磺酸鈉作為添加劑制備球形堿式碳酸鎂

【摘要】:在十二烷基苯磺酸鈉(SDBS)的輔助下,利用六水氯化鎂和無水碳酸鈉在2個(gè)階段不同溫度下的反應(yīng)直接合成堿式碳酸鎂微球。利用XRD、SEM等表征方法研究了反應(yīng)溫度、熱解溫度、攪拌速率和攪拌時(shí)間等條件對(duì)產(chǎn)物的影響。結(jié)果表明:反應(yīng)溫度為70℃、熱解溫度為120℃、攪拌時(shí)間為60 s時(shí),可得到球形度高、顆粒均勻、顆粒粒徑約為25μm的堿式碳酸鎂微球。反應(yīng)溫度、熱解溫度、攪拌時(shí)間、攪拌速率均對(duì)球形堿式碳酸鎂的尺寸和微觀形貌起到調(diào)節(jié)作用。
