氫氧化鈉替代氨水調(diào)節(jié)pH值對(duì)鎳鎢電鍍的影響

【摘要】:為延長堿性鎳鎢合金電鍍液的使用周期,在定時(shí)定量補(bǔ)加其他組分的前提下,采用氫氧化鈉部分替代氨水補(bǔ)加來調(diào)節(jié)鍍液pH值,與氨水補(bǔ)加方式進(jìn)行比較,考察了2種補(bǔ)加方式下鍍液的使用周期、試片硬度和耐鹽水腐蝕性能。結(jié)果顯示:前者可以使鍍液的使用周期延長約1倍。對(duì)2組試片的失重量、維氏硬度和鍍速進(jìn)行配對(duì)T檢驗(yàn),耐鹽水腐蝕性能基本不變(P=0.549,0.050,無顯著差異),鍍層硬度略有提高,鍍速降低(P=0,0.050,有顯著差異),具有生產(chǎn)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to prolong the service cycle of alkaline nickel-tungsten alloy electroplating solution, sodium hydroxide was used to partially replace ammonia solution to adjust the pH value of plating solution under the premise of regular and quantitative addition of other components. The life cycle, hardness and corrosion resistance of the plating bath were investigated. The results show that the former can prolong the service life of the bath by about twice. The weight loss, Vickers hardness and plating rate of the two groups were tested by paired T test. The corrosion resistance of the two groups was basically unchanged (P0. 549% 0.050, there was no significant difference), the hardness of the coating increased slightly and the plating rate decreased (P0. 0- 0. 050, there was significant difference), which was of guiding significance in production.
