衣康酸三元共聚物阻垢劑的合成及其阻垢性能的研究

【摘要】:以衣康酸(IA)、苯乙烯磺酸鈉(SSS)、2,2-二羥甲基丙酸(DMPA)為單體,過硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,采用水溶液自由基聚合法,合成了一種含有羧酸基、磺酸基和羥基的多元衣康酸共聚阻垢劑。研究了反應(yīng)物單體配比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間、引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對共聚物阻垢劑阻垢性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在IA∶SSS∶DMPA(摩爾比)=4∶1∶1.5,引發(fā)劑用量占單體質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的11%,反應(yīng)溫度為90℃,反應(yīng)時間為2.5 h條件下制得的共聚物阻垢劑阻垢性能最佳。通過靜態(tài)阻垢法進(jìn)行了阻垢劑的阻垢性能的評定,當(dāng)此三元共聚物阻垢劑加劑量為12 mg/L時,對CaCO_3的阻垢率可達(dá)94.9%,用紅外光譜和掃描電鏡對共聚物阻垢劑的結(jié)構(gòu)和CaCO_3垢樣進(jìn)行了表征。其中掃描電鏡表明,加入此衣康酸三元共聚阻垢劑后,CaCO_3呈現(xiàn)明顯的疏松結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:A polyitaconic acid copolymerization inhibitor containing carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid and hydroxyl groups was synthesized by free radical polymerization of itaconic acid (IA), sodium styrene sulfonate, (SSS), 2, dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), ammonium persulfate as initiator, and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The effects of monomer ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and mass fraction of initiator on the scale inhibition of copolymer scale inhibitor were studied.
