【摘要】：脫脂過程是注射成型工藝中關(guān)鍵步驟,生產(chǎn)過程中常常因?yàn)槊撝^程控制不當(dāng),引發(fā)坯體產(chǎn)生變形、微裂紋、致密度低等問題,并且常規(guī)熱脫脂耗時較長,嚴(yán)重影響生產(chǎn)效率,增加生產(chǎn)成本。針對上述問題,通過采用溶劑脫脂和熱脫脂相結(jié)合的兩步脫脂工藝,研究了脫脂溶劑和脫脂溫度對溶劑脫脂效率的影響,以及兩步脫脂相結(jié)合對生產(chǎn)效率和坯體質(zhì)量的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明采用在60℃汽油脫脂1 h后進(jìn)行熱脫脂的兩步脫脂工藝可以有效避免坯體變形、微裂紋、不致密等缺陷,并且可以將脫脂過程從原來的25 h縮短至8 h,較大的縮短脫脂周期。
