水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性水泥砂漿力學(xué)性能及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:通過對(duì)水泥砂漿中摻加水性環(huán)氧樹脂,制備了水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性水泥砂漿,研究了不同聚灰比下,水性環(huán)氧樹脂對(duì)水泥砂漿水化和強(qiáng)度的影響。運(yùn)用XRD、TG/DSC、SEM、FTIR微觀測(cè)試手段,研究了水性環(huán)氧樹脂對(duì)水泥砂漿水化產(chǎn)物的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:水性環(huán)氧樹脂可形成聚合物膜會(huì)延遲水泥水化;水性環(huán)氧樹脂的加入會(huì)降低水泥砂漿的抗壓強(qiáng)度;當(dāng)聚灰比在2%范圍以內(nèi),水性環(huán)氧樹脂可以提高水泥砂漿的抗折強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:The waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar was prepared by adding waterborne epoxy resin into cement mortar. The effect of waterborne epoxy resin on the hydration and strength of cement mortar was studied. The effect of waterborne epoxy resin on hydration products of cement mortar was studied by XRD,TG/DSC,SEM,FTIR. The results show that the formation of polymer film can delay the hydration of cement, the addition of waterborne epoxy resin reduces the compressive strength of cement mortar, and when the ratio of polymer to cement is within 2%, Waterborne epoxy resin can improve the flexural strength of cement mortar.
