鋅冶煉廢渣的綜合利用

【摘要】:研究了以鋅礦提鋅過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的廢渣為原料,采用水浸的濕法工藝,浸取液凈化除雜生產(chǎn)硫酸鋅產(chǎn)品;水浸渣經(jīng)煅燒、脫硅制備氧化鐵紅的新工藝。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)確定的最佳工藝條件:1)硫酸鋅制備工序:水浸時(shí)間為1.5 h,溫度為70~80℃,液固比m(水)∶m(廢渣)=0.8∶1,氧化劑雙氧水的用量為10 m L/L,置換助劑鋅粉的用量為2 g/L;2)氧化鐵紅制備工藝條件:煅燒溫度為635℃,煅燒時(shí)間為1.25 h,氫氧化鈉濃度為12 mol/L,堿浸溫度為120℃,堿浸時(shí)間為2.0 h,在上述條件下制得的鐵紅產(chǎn)品中氧化鐵質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為82.61%。該工藝具有資源利用充分,產(chǎn)品附加值高,環(huán)境污染小,工藝簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
