低品質(zhì)黏土成分分析及處理工藝研究

【摘要】:為提升低品質(zhì)黏土的純度,對山東某企業(yè)提供的低品質(zhì)黏土進(jìn)行成分分析,在確定其主要雜質(zhì)和呈色原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了焙燒和磁選相結(jié)合的提純脫色工藝,并利用XRF、XRD、SEM等方法對提純后的黏土進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:通過焙燒后磁選,黏土中Fe_2O_3、TiO_2質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別減少1.38%和0.11%,達(dá)到陶瓷原料的要求,對提升黏土的品質(zhì)具有顯著的效果,為低品質(zhì)黏土的提純和脫色技術(shù)探索了一種行之有效的處理工藝。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the purity of low-quality clay, the composition of low-quality clay provided by a certain enterprise in Shandong Province was analyzed. On the basis of determining the main impurity and the cause of color formation, a process of purification and decolorization was put forward, which was combined with roasting and magnetic separation. The purified clay was characterized by XRF,XRD,SEM. The results show that the mass fraction of Fe_2O_3,TiO_2 in clay is reduced by 1.38% and 0.11% respectively after calcination, which meets the requirements of ceramic material and has remarkable effect on improving the quality of clay. An effective treatment process was explored for the purification and decolorization of low-quality clay.
