HPF法脫硫廢液中二種鹽的收率及純度影響因素的研究

【摘要】:HPF法脫硫技術因其脫硫效率高、占地省、操作簡單、運行費用低等特點已經廣泛應用于各大鋼鐵廠及焦化廠對煤氣進行脫硫脫氰處理。但HPF法產生一定量的脫硫廢液,這些脫硫廢液的重新回用技術日趨發(fā)展并日益受到重視。本論文在綜述了常見脫硫方法及脫硫廢液處理方法的基礎上,并主要介紹分步結晶法提取HPF脫硫廢液中的硫氰酸銨和硫代硫酸銨等鹽的技術方法,并分析影響該法產品純度及收率的因素,通過控制和調節(jié)這些因素以提高相應的產品純度及收率。本論文對相關影響因素的研究過程中,主要采用控制單因子變量法進行研究。通過查閱相關資料及試驗研究,發(fā)現影響硫代硫酸銨和硫氰酸銨兩種鹽純度及收率的主要因素為結晶溫度、攪拌速度、溶液中雜質種類及含量、溶液的過飽和度、溶液自身的密度、溶液自身的粘度、結晶釜自身結構、結晶體系空間。但是由于實驗條件及時間的限制,并沒有對所有的因素都進行了探究,本論文只對溫度、攪拌速度、雜質含量等因素進行了研究。通過反復試驗,總結出以下結論:雜質的量保持在15~20NTU范圍內為佳;硫代硫酸銨的最佳結晶溫度范圍為45~50℃;攪拌速率應該控制在300~400r/min范圍較為合適,這樣產品純度和收率都較高,同時還能夠在一定程度上提高結晶速率,進而提高生產能力。
[Abstract]:Because of its high desulfurization efficiency, low operation cost and low operation cost, HPF desulfurization technology has been widely used in coal gas desulphurization and decyanation treatment in large steel plants and coking plants. However, HPF process produces a certain amount of desulfurization waste liquid, and the reuse technology of these desulphurization waste liquid is increasingly developed and paid more and more attention. On the basis of summarizing the common desulphurization methods and the treatment methods of desulphurization waste liquor, this paper mainly introduces the technical methods of extracting ammonium thiocyanate and ammonium thiosulfate from HPF desulphurization waste liquor by step crystallization method. The factors affecting the purity and yield of the product were analyzed, and the purity and yield of the product were improved by controlling and adjusting these factors. In this paper, the control single variable method is used to study the related factors. The main factors affecting the purity and yield of ammonium thiosulfate and ammonium thiocyanate are crystallization temperature, stirring speed, the kinds and contents of impurities in the solution, and the supersaturation of the solution. The density of the solution itself, the viscosity of the solution itself, the structure of the crystallization kettle and the space of the crystallization system. However, due to the limitation of experimental conditions and time, not all the factors have been explored. In this paper, only temperature, stirring speed, impurity content and other factors have been studied. Through repeated experiments, the following conclusions are concluded: the best content of impurity is kept in the range of 15~20NTU, the optimum crystallization temperature of ammonium thiosulfate is 45 鈩,
