不同水灰比下無水硫鋁酸鈣的水化反應(yīng)

【摘要】:為澄清無水硫鋁酸鈣的水化反應(yīng)機(jī)理,利用化學(xué)試劑Ca CO3、Al2O3、Ca SO4合成純度達(dá)90%以上的無水硫鋁酸鈣(C4A3嫜)單礦物,研究其在水灰比為0.3、05、0.7條件下的水化反應(yīng),包括不同水化時(shí)間的水化產(chǎn)物及變化規(guī)律,用X射線衍射儀、綜合熱分析儀和掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)水化產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明:水化產(chǎn)物為含不同摩爾結(jié)晶水的2種單硫型水化硫鋁酸鈣C4A嫜H12(AFm-12)和C4A嫜H1 4(AFm-14)以及無定形狀態(tài)的鋁凝膠(AH3),整個(gè)水化過程未生成鈣礬石(AFt);隨著水化時(shí)間的延長,C4A嫜H12(AFm-12)會(huì)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化為C4A嫜H1 4(AFm-14);水化反應(yīng)主要集中發(fā)生在3~12 h,后期C4A嫜H1 4晶體不斷長大.
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the hydration mechanism of anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate, anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3) single mineral with purity of more than 90% was synthesized by using chemical reagent Ca CO3,Al2O3,Ca SO4. The hydration products of different hydration times were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer, comprehensive thermal analyzer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the hydration products are C4A H12 (AFm-12) and C4A H14 (AFm-14) and amorphous aluminum gel (AH3) containing different molar crystalline water. No ettringite (AFt); is formed in the whole hydration process with the hydration time. C4A-H12 (AFm-12) was transformed into C4A-H14 (AFm-14), and the hydration reaction mainly occurred at 3h, and the crystal of C4A-H14 grew up at the later stage.
