凝膠注模成型制備致密氧化鉻耐火材料

【摘要】:為了解決等靜壓法制備致密氧化鉻耐火材料過程中產(chǎn)生大量廢棄粉塵的問題,以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)為單體,以N,N-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺(MBAM)為交聯(lián)劑,以AN-2000為分散劑,以2,2’-偶氮[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷]鹽酸鹽(AZIP·2HCl)為引發(fā)劑,采用凝膠注模工藝制備了致密氧化鉻耐火材料。研究了漿料p H(分別為4、5、6、7、8、9、10)、分散劑AN-2000用量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)、固相含量(固相體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為50%、51%、52%、53%)對漿料黏度以及生坯和1 500℃保溫2 h燒后試樣性能和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明:漿料中分散劑AN-2000的最佳用量為0.4%(w),最佳p H為8,最佳固相含量為52%(φ)。以最佳條件制備的生坯的相對密度和抗折強度分別為66.7%和4.8 MPa,燒后試樣的相對密度、顯氣孔率和抗折強度分別為85.1%、14.7%和66.7 MPa,生坯和燒后試樣的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)均勻。
