新型石英熔融爐節(jié)能加熱系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)連云港投產(chǎn)的石英熔融爐中,石英砂被加熱不均勻,石墨電極使用成本高,石英熔融爐耗能大的問題,研究并設(shè)計(jì)一種新型石英熔融爐節(jié)能加熱系統(tǒng)。本文圍繞上述方面內(nèi)容做如下工作:1)為了比較不同粒徑的石英砂對(duì)最終熔融石英產(chǎn)物的影響,對(duì)石英砂進(jìn)行破碎,磨粉和篩分預(yù)處理,對(duì)粒徑為75um的石英砂的熔點(diǎn)和比熱容進(jìn)行測(cè)量。通過比較不同粒徑,不同質(zhì)量的石英砂被中頻電磁感應(yīng)爐加熱熔融后的產(chǎn)物,得出以下結(jié)論:粒徑在6-50mm的石英砂,在電磁感應(yīng)爐中被加熱到1800℃以上可以得到外觀上符合要求的熔融石英。2)自行設(shè)計(jì)并搭建新型石英熔融爐節(jié)能加熱系統(tǒng),實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)包括:大功率輸出電源,以串聯(lián)方式連接的石墨加熱元件,由氮化硼粉末、氧化鎂粉末、高溫耐火磚、硅酸鋁毛氈多層結(jié)構(gòu)組成的保溫層,以及水冷散熱系統(tǒng)。本文主要分析了1300℃之前,熔融爐實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)內(nèi)各測(cè)量點(diǎn)的溫度分布與變化,得到以下結(jié)論:石墨加熱元件內(nèi)側(cè)用氮化硼粉末,外側(cè)用氧化鎂粉末,加熱過程中保溫層可以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。在實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)石英熔融爐實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,將模擬值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行比較分析后進(jìn)行參數(shù)修正。3)以前文數(shù)值仿真得到的結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),使用修正后的參數(shù),重新構(gòu)建三段式連續(xù)生產(chǎn)爐的模型,對(duì)石英砂在熔融后,利用谷電時(shí)間段,連續(xù)生產(chǎn)5天的過程進(jìn)行模擬,得到以下結(jié)論:所設(shè)計(jì)的保溫層在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的過程中不會(huì)超過自身所能承受的溫度上限,連續(xù)生產(chǎn)爐工作時(shí)所需要的總功率為62.5 kW,總能耗為O.868kW·h/kg,現(xiàn)在投產(chǎn)的連云港石英熔融爐耗電量為1.786kW·h/kg,所設(shè)計(jì)的連續(xù)生產(chǎn)爐從模擬的結(jié)果上來看節(jié)約51%的耗能。
