晶種對高純鋁酸鈉溶液碳分產(chǎn)物量化調(diào)控的研究
[Abstract]:The carbon product of high purity sodium aluminate solution is controlled by seed quantification, that is to say, under the condition of carbonation and decomposition, adding different types and different amount of diaspore crystal seed to induce Al (OH) -4 to precipitate a single boehmite, improve the crystal form and particle size of the product. Carbon products containing a large amount of bauxite were prepared. In this paper, the effects of seed coefficient, seed size and mechanically activated seed on the carbon separation process have been studied. The results showed that the addition of seed significantly promoted the decomposition process before and during the middle period of decomposition, and the seed coefficient (S) increased the decomposition efficiency, and when the seed coefficient S was increased at 0.110.44, the content of bauxite in the product increased, and when the seed coefficient S was 0.44, the content of bauxite in the product increased. The content of octadite in the product of crystal seed coefficient is not changed much, and the addition of nanoscale octadecite has more advantages in strengthening the aggregation of sodium aluminate solution and refining the grain size than that in the micron grade crystal seed, the content of which is up to the maximum of 86% and the increase of the content of octadite in the product of seed coefficient is not obvious. After mechanical activation, the seed has stronger decomposition activity, which increases the decomposition rate and the content of bauxite.
