采用套筒加壓成型裝置制備干硬性再生混凝土研究

【摘要】:干硬性再生混凝土是一種快硬早強(qiáng)的綠色建材,符合建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展需求。根據(jù)試塊加壓成型需要,在塑料試;A(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出一種干硬性混凝土試塊套筒加壓成型裝置。利用該裝置完成了再生粗骨料取代率為100%的干硬性再生混凝土制備研究。結(jié)果表明,干硬性再生混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著成型壓力的增大先升高后降低;當(dāng)水溫為(25±3)℃時(shí),水中養(yǎng)護(hù)優(yōu)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù),可使干硬性再生混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度提高約20%。
[Abstract]:Dry-hard recycled concrete is a kind of green building materials, which meets the needs of the modernization of construction industry. According to the pressure forming requirement of the test block, a pressure forming device for dry and hard concrete test sleeve was designed on the basis of the plastic test mold. The preparation of recycled hard recycled concrete with 100% replacement rate of coarse aggregate was completed by using this device.
