石化裝置鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架振動異常原因及處治分析

【摘要】:以具有較大長細比反應(yīng)器的某石化裝置鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架為對象,利用脈動法對框架動力特性、反應(yīng)器的振動特性及結(jié)構(gòu)的動力響應(yīng)進行了測試,分析框架振動異常原因。構(gòu)造激勵波,采用ANSYS軟件對設(shè)備、結(jié)構(gòu)作整體有限元模型分析,提出合理處治方案,并與實測結(jié)果進行對比。結(jié)果表明,支撐在鋼框架上的具有較高長細比的設(shè)備,生產(chǎn)期間因設(shè)備內(nèi)部物料狀態(tài)的改變引起的設(shè)備及支撐框架的振動,設(shè)計時宜做反應(yīng)器和框架整體動力分析和評價。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of the frame, the vibration characteristics of the reactor and the dynamic response of the structure were measured by pulsating method, and the abnormal causes of the frame vibration were analyzed by taking the steel structure frame of a petrochemical plant with a larger slenderness ratio reactor as an object. The excitation wave is constructed and the whole finite element model of the equipment and structure is analyzed by ANSYS software. The reasonable treatment scheme is put forward and compared with the measured results. The results show that the equipment with high slenderness ratio supported on the steel frame, the vibration of the equipment and the supporting frame caused by the change of the material state in the equipment during the production period, should be designed to do the dynamic analysis and evaluation of the reactor and the frame as a whole.
