Q235鋼表面Ni-Cr電鍍層的組織及性能

【摘要】:為提高Q235鋼的表面防護性能,對其進行表面電鍍Ni-Cr處理,并采用正交試驗對電鍍Ni-Cr工藝進行優(yōu)化。采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和激光共聚焦顯微鏡(OM)分別對鍍層進行物相表征和形貌觀察,利用顯微硬度計、磨粒磨損機和電化學(xué)工作站對鍍層硬度和耐蝕性進行研究。結(jié)果表明:以鍍層沉積速率為指標,正交試驗所得電鍍Ni-Cr優(yōu)化工藝為檸檬酸鈉含量30 g/L,鍍液pH值3.0,電流密度20 A/dm~2,電鍍溫度35℃,鍍層沉積速率可達40.17μm/h;Ni-Cr鍍層相結(jié)構(gòu)由γ-Ni和Cr_(1.22)Ni_(2.88)組成;鍍層表面平整,表面形貌為密集球形顆粒;與基體相比,正交試驗所得Ni-Cr鍍層硬度提高了81.62~649.08 HV_(2N),磨損率減少了9.14~29.99mg/cm~2,自腐蝕電位提高了2.05~121.28 mV。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the surface protection performance of Q235 steel, the surface of Q235 steel was treated by electroplating Ni-Cr, and the electroplating Ni-Cr process was optimized by orthogonal test. X-ray diffractometer (XRD),) scanning electron microscope (SEM) and laser confocal microscope (OM) were used to characterize and observe the morphology of the coating. The hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by microhardness tester, abrasive wear machine and electrochemical workstation.
