Q235鋼表面Ni-Cr電鍍層的組織及性能

【摘要】:為提高Q235鋼的表面防護(hù)性能,對其進(jìn)行表面電鍍Ni-Cr處理,并采用正交試驗對電鍍Ni-Cr工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和激光共聚焦顯微鏡(OM)分別對鍍層進(jìn)行物相表征和形貌觀察,利用顯微硬度計、磨粒磨損機(jī)和電化學(xué)工作站對鍍層硬度和耐蝕性進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:以鍍層沉積速率為指標(biāo),正交試驗所得電鍍Ni-Cr優(yōu)化工藝為檸檬酸鈉含量30 g/L,鍍液pH值3.0,電流密度20 A/dm~2,電鍍溫度35℃,鍍層沉積速率可達(dá)40.17μm/h;Ni-Cr鍍層相結(jié)構(gòu)由γ-Ni和Cr_(1.22)Ni_(2.88)組成;鍍層表面平整,表面形貌為密集球形顆粒;與基體相比,正交試驗所得Ni-Cr鍍層硬度提高了81.62~649.08 HV_(2N),磨損率減少了9.14~29.99mg/cm~2,自腐蝕電位提高了2.05~121.28 mV。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the surface protection performance of Q235 steel, the surface of Q235 steel was treated by electroplating Ni-Cr, and the electroplating Ni-Cr process was optimized by orthogonal test.
