電鍍污泥中無定型鋁的選擇性浸出

【摘要】:針對電鍍污泥加堿、石灰焙燒灰渣水浸過程鋁浸出率較低的問題,在分析電鍍廢水處理工藝的基礎上,根據污泥中鋁、鉻、鋅、銅等金屬的存在相態(tài)以及焚燒過程所發(fā)生的化學反應,擬采用低濃度氫氧化鈉溶液先選擇性浸出污泥中的鋁。研究了稀氫氧化鈉溶液浸出鋁的工藝條件,結果表明,電鍍污泥用2 mol·L~(-1)氫氧化鈉在90℃浸出60 min,鋁的浸出率可達95%以上,而鉻、鋅和銅等金屬則大部分進入浸出渣,基本上達到鋁與其他金屬的初步分離的目的。研究結果為混合電鍍污泥中鋁的回收以及鋁及其他金屬的選擇性分步分離工藝流程的選擇提供理論與技術支持。
