基于拉曼光譜的石墨烯研究

【摘要】:石墨烯特有的能帶結(jié)構(gòu)決定了其在電學、光學、自旋電子學等方面具有很好的應用前景,但是由于石墨烯對外界條件非常敏感,例如氣體分子的吸附、金屬納米粒子的沉積、基底效應、電子束輻照等,都可以嚴重影響石墨烯的性質(zhì)。論文圍繞此問題開展了研究,主要包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)金納米粒子沉積對石墨烯影響研究。使用拉曼光譜表征金納米粒子沉積對石墨烯的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)金納米粒子沉積導致石墨烯拉曼光譜整體發(fā)生紅移,并且2D峰的移動明顯大于G峰,并提出局部應力模型解釋了這一現(xiàn)象。(2)電子束輻照對不同層數(shù)石墨烯影響研究。石墨烯的表征與器件的制備需要使用電子束輻照石墨烯,這將導致石墨烯產(chǎn)生缺陷。使用拉曼光譜研究了電子束輻照對不同層數(shù)石墨烯的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)電子束輻照對雙層的影響明顯小于單層,即在電子束輻照條件下,雙層石墨烯SP2的碳-碳比單層石墨烯的穩(wěn)定。并提出增加石墨烯第三維方向的相互作用可以使準二維的石墨烯更穩(wěn)定模型來解釋雙層石墨烯的穩(wěn)定性。并且通過兩個實驗進一步證明此模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique band structure, graphene has a good application prospect in electricity, optics, spin electronics and so on. However, graphene is very sensitive to external conditions, such as adsorption of gas molecules, deposition of metal nanoparticles, and so on. Substrate effect, electron beam irradiation and so on, can seriously affect the properties of graphene. The main contents are as follows: (1) the effect of gold nanoparticles deposition on graphene. The effect of gold nanoparticles deposition on graphene was characterized by Raman spectroscopy. The red shift of Raman spectra of graphene was caused by the deposition of gold nanoparticles, and the shift of 2D peak was obviously larger than that of G peak. A local stress model is proposed to explain this phenomenon. (2) the effect of electron beam irradiation on graphene in different layers is studied. The characterization of graphene and the preparation of devices require electron beam irradiation, which will lead to defects in graphene. The effects of electron beam irradiation on different layers of graphene were studied by Raman spectroscopy. It is found that the effect of electron beam irradiation on the double layer is obviously less than that on the single layer, that is, under the condition of electron beam irradiation, the carbon-carbon stability of the bilayer graphene SP2 is more stable than that of the monolayer graphene. It is suggested that the stability of bilayer graphene can be explained by adding the interaction in the third direction of graphene to make the quasi-two-dimensional graphene more stable. The correctness of the model is further proved by two experiments.
