磷石膏中鈣的富集及硫酸鈣晶須的制備

【摘要】:采用常壓酸化法對磷石膏進行除雜和溶解,研究了除雜和溶解的最佳條件,以使磷石膏中的鈣盡可能多地富集于溶解液中。濃縮溶解液,制得硫酸鈣晶須。實驗結果表明,硫酸溶解磷石膏的最佳條件為:1g磷石膏在70℃下放置于20mL質量分數(shù)為50%的硫酸中,溶解5h;鹽酸溶解磷石膏的最佳條件為:1g固相在70℃下放置于30mL濃度為2mol/L鹽酸中,溶解4h。制備得到的半水硫酸鈣晶須的長徑比約為20~80,產率達72.66%。
[Abstract]:The impurity removal and dissolution of phosphogypsum were carried out by atmospheric pressure acidizing method. The optimum conditions of removing impurity and dissolving were studied so that the calcium in phosphogypsum could be enriched in the solution as much as possible. Calcium sulfate whisker was prepared from concentrated solution. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for sulfuric acid dissolution of phosphogypsum are: 1 g phosphogypsum is placed in sulfuric acid with 50% 20mL mass fraction at 70 鈩,
