溶出條件對(duì)鋁土礦氧化鋁溶出及赤泥中氧化鐵富集的影響

【摘要】:采用拜爾法高壓溶出廣西平果鋁土礦,考察了溶出時(shí)間、溶出溫度、石灰添加量以及苛堿濃度對(duì)氧化鋁溶出及赤泥中氧化鐵富集的影響。結(jié)果表明,最佳溶出條件為:溶出時(shí)間50min、溶出溫度260℃、石灰添加量6%、苛堿濃度235g/L,在該條件下,氧化鋁實(shí)際溶出率可達(dá)79.6%,赤泥中氧化鐵含量達(dá)32.1%。
