硫磺粉體在輸送過(guò)程中靜電規(guī)律研究
[Abstract]:Aiming at the safety problems such as static electricity in the process of sulfur transportation in pipeline, this paper makes a systematic study. Firstly, the essence of static electricity produced by sulfur powder in the transportation process of pipeline is analyzed, which is caused by friction between sulfur powder and pipeline. The amount of static electricity produced is determined by the moving state of sulfur powder in the pipeline. In this paper, Fluent software is used to simulate its motion, and according to the simulation results of pipeline length, diameter change and curvature, By using the method of laboratory test, the static electricity produced by friction of sulfur powder in the pipeline and the variation of the length of the pipe are studied, and the regularity of the static electricity produced by friction in the pipeline with different lengths is obtained, and then the sulfur powder in different pipe diameters is studied. In this paper, the variation law of electrostatic quantity produced by pipeline bend and pipeline gradual change is studied, and the change law of electrostatic quantity produced by sulfur powder with different moisture content in pipeline is also studied. According to the simulation results of Fluent software and laboratory tests, it is shown that during the transportation of sulfur powder, the amount of static electricity produced by moving friction of sulfur powder in the pipeline increases with the increase of the length of the pipe, and before the powder reaches electrostatic saturation, The amount of static electricity produced by sulfur powder transportation is positively correlated with the length of pipe, and the increasing trend is maintained, in the system of sulfur powder transportation, the more bends in the pipe, the more static electricity is produced. The static electricity produced by sulfur powder in large pipeline transportation is smaller; the electrostatic volume is smaller when the moisture content is higher; the gradual pipe diameter can effectively reduce the electrostatic volume of sulfur powder in the process of transportation. On the basis of the above research, the method of reducing static electricity during the transportation of sulfur powder is put forward.
