柔性受壓電鑄新技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:提出了一種新的柔性受壓電鑄技術(shù),從理論上深入探討了柔性受壓的作用機(jī)理,并通過鎢絲增強(qiáng)鎳的電鑄試驗進(jìn)行了驗證。理論分析和試驗結(jié)果表明:柔性壓緊輪對復(fù)合電鑄層的摩擦與擠壓作用可以有效去除復(fù)合電鑄層表面的吸附氣泡,獲得表面無缺陷的復(fù)合電鑄層;柔性壓緊輪能夠不斷補(bǔ)充電沉積區(qū)域的電鑄液,防止復(fù)合電鑄層內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)空洞,并能提高極限電流密度,顯著細(xì)化晶粒;柔性受壓條件下獲得的復(fù)合電鑄層具有更高的強(qiáng)度,當(dāng)鎢絲體積分?jǐn)?shù)為50%時,制得的鎢絲-鎳復(fù)合電鑄層強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1597MPa,提升了21%。
[Abstract]:A new flexible pressure-electroforming technique is proposed. The mechanism of flexible pressure-induced electroforming is discussed theoretically and verified by electroforming experiments of tungsten wire reinforced nickel. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the friction and extrusion of the composite electroforming layer by the flexible compaction wheel can effectively remove the adsorption bubbles on the surface of the composite electroforming layer and obtain the composite electroforming layer with no defects on the surface. The flexible compaction wheel can continuously replenish the electroforming fluid in the electrodeposition area, prevent the internal cavity from appearing in the composite electroforming layer, increase the limit current density, and refine the grain significantly, and the composite electroforming layer obtained under the flexible compression condition has higher strength. When the volume fraction of tungsten wire is 50, the strength of tungsten wire-nickel composite electroforming layer is 1597 MPA, which increases 21%.
