綠原酸結(jié)晶介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度的測定

【摘要】:采用激光裝置測定不同條件下綠原酸在乙醇和水中的溶解度及超溶解度,并比較了不同溫度、降溫速率和攪拌速率下綠原酸的介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度。結(jié)果表明介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度隨溫度降低,降溫速率升高及攪拌速率減小而變寬,乙醇和水體系中進(jìn)行結(jié)晶的最優(yōu)條件均為降溫速率12℃·h~(-1)和攪拌速率300 r·min~(-1),其介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度分別介于3.7~6.3℃和3.7~8.0℃。
[Abstract]:The solubility and supersolubility of Lv Yuan acid in ethanol and water under different conditions were measured by laser apparatus. The metastable zone width of Lv Yuan acid at different temperature, cooling rate and stirring rate was compared. The results show that the width of the metastable zone widens with the decrease of temperature, the increase of cooling rate and the decrease of stirring rate. The optimum conditions for crystallization in ethanol and water systems are cooling rate 12 鈩,
