微波低介電陶瓷鍶長石的制備與研究

【摘要】:通過使用高嶺土替代Al_2O_3和SiO_2,制備了鍶長石陶瓷,以Al_2O_3和SiO_2為變化因素,在不同的溫度下進(jìn)行了正交實(shí)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用微波矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀和XRD進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果證明:用高嶺土替代Al_2O_3和SiO_2,能使鍶長石的燒結(jié)溫度降低200℃左右。在燒結(jié)溫度范圍內(nèi),隨著燒結(jié)溫度的提高,Q值明顯提高,原因是溫度較低時(shí),反應(yīng)不完全。實(shí)驗(yàn)所得的最佳燒結(jié)溫度是1360℃。在微波頻段鍶長石具有低于2.9的介電常數(shù)和高于1000的品質(zhì)因數(shù),達(dá)到了實(shí)用指標(biāo)。在我們的實(shí)驗(yàn)中當(dāng)Al_2O_3和SiO_2的摩爾量之比為0.5,碳酸鍶的含量為1mol,氧化鋁的含量為1.08mol時(shí),在測試頻率為18.005GHz時(shí),介電常數(shù)可低到2.86,Q值為1071,迄今為止未見同類報(bào)道。鍶長石陶瓷是一種很有希望的微波低介材料。摻雜B_2O_3、Y_2O_3和ZrO_2均對鍶長石的介電性能產(chǎn)生了影響,B~(3+)離子和Zr~(4+)離子較易進(jìn)入晶格,而Y~(3+)離子較多的富集于晶界上,富集于晶界上的離子會明顯降低材料的Q值。其中摻雜B_2O_3最優(yōu),當(dāng)摻雜B_2O_3的含量為0.035mol時(shí),樣品的介電常數(shù)為2.85,Q值為1195。
