高溫后再生混凝土受壓強(qiáng)度退化及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)性能分析

【摘要】:為研究高溫作用后再生混凝土受壓強(qiáng)度退化機(jī)理及高溫作用對再生混凝土微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,配制C30全天然骨料混凝土和全再生骨料混凝土,觀測了受0、300、400、500℃高溫后兩種混凝土的表觀物理現(xiàn)象并測試其抗壓強(qiáng)度,選取典型樣本,利用超景深三維顯微系統(tǒng)觀察四種溫度作用后兩種混凝土的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)形貌,對比分析其骨料和砂漿的界面特征,從微觀角度解釋界面特征對其宏觀受壓破壞現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)受熱溫度小于400℃時,再生混凝土強(qiáng)度損失率大于天然混凝土,天然混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度及溫度穩(wěn)定性較好;但當(dāng)受熱溫度大于400℃時,再生混凝土強(qiáng)度損失率較小,高溫穩(wěn)定性較好;高溫前后再生混凝土薄弱面破壞先后順序相同。
