熱集成變壓分離碳酸二甲酯-甲醇的優(yōu)化與控制

【摘要】:利用Aspen Plus軟件對碳酸二甲酯-甲醇物系,提出了熱集成變壓精餾新工藝,以年度總費(fèi)用(TAC)最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化結(jié)果顯示可以節(jié)約能耗33.82%,TAC節(jié)省25.97%。在動態(tài)控制系統(tǒng)中,針對常壓塔溫度分布均勻、靈敏板選擇困難的問題,給出一種簡單有效的導(dǎo)斜率判據(jù)方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了常壓塔不同靈敏板以及不同控制結(jié)構(gòu)對完全熱集成工藝動態(tài)可控性的影響。結(jié)果表明:常壓塔第29塊塔板作為靈敏板的組成/溫度串級控制結(jié)構(gòu)CSC,可以有效處理±10%進(jìn)料流量和進(jìn)料組成擾動。對于超過10%進(jìn)料流量和組成擾動,高壓塔(HPC)壓力波動大、產(chǎn)品不易控制的特點(diǎn),在CSC基礎(chǔ)上建立的壓力-補(bǔ)償溫度控制結(jié)構(gòu)CSD,使兩塔產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)態(tài)余差較小,可以處理±20%的進(jìn)料流量和組成擾動,實(shí)現(xiàn)更穩(wěn)健的動態(tài)控制。
[Abstract]:Using Aspen Plus software, a new process of thermo-integrated pressure swing distillation was proposed for DMC-methanol system. The minimum annual total cost (TAC) was taken as the objective function for economic optimization. The results showed that the energy consumption could be saved by 33.82% TAC and 25.97%. In the dynamic control system, a simple and effective method of slope conductivity criterion is presented to solve the problem of uniform temperature distribution of atmospheric pressure tower and difficulty in selecting sensitive plate. On this basis, the effects of different sensitive plates and different control structures on the dynamic controllability of the fully integrated thermal process are studied. The results show that as the composition / temperature cascade control structure of the sensitive plate, the 29 trays of the atmospheric pressure tower can effectively deal with 鹵10% feed flow and the disturbance of the feed composition. For more than 10% feed flow and component disturbance, the pressure fluctuation of high pressure tower (HPC) is large and the product is not easy to control. The pressure compensation temperature control structure CSD based on CSC makes the steady-state residual difference of the two tower products small. It can deal with 鹵20% feed flow and component disturbance, and realize more robust dynamic control.
