鎳摻雜二氧化鈦的化學(xué)態(tài)分析

【摘要】:對(duì)鎳摻雜的TiO_2進(jìn)行了化學(xué)態(tài)分析。采用溶膠-凝膠法制備5mol%Ni摻雜TiO_2粉末,利用X射線(xiàn)衍射儀(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、掃描透射式電子顯微鏡(STEM)、X射線(xiàn)光電子能譜儀(XPS)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)、傅里葉變換拉曼光譜儀(FT-Raman)和紫外-可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)(UV-Vis)來(lái)對(duì)樣品的相變過(guò)程和化學(xué)態(tài)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:摻雜Ni抑制了TiO_2的相轉(zhuǎn)變和晶粒長(zhǎng)大,并拓寬了TiO_2的可見(jiàn)光譜吸收范圍。隨著加熱溫度的升高,Ni摻雜TiO_2的晶格氧峰增強(qiáng)而吸附氧峰降低,同時(shí)Ti2p_(3/2)結(jié)合能減小。
[Abstract]:The chemical state analysis of nickel doped TIO _ 2 was carried out. The 5mol Ni doped TiO-2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy (FT-Raman) and UV-visible spectrophotometer were used. UV-Vis is used to analyze the phase transition process and chemical state of the sample. The results show that the doping of Ni inhibits the phase transition and grain growth of TIO _ 2 and widens the visible absorption range of TIO _ 2. With the increase of heating temperature, the lattice oxygen peak increases and the adsorption oxygen peak decreases, and the binding energy of Ti _ 2p _ (3 / 2) decreases.
