T型分子篩膜在清液體系中的制備優(yōu)化

【摘要】:采用二次生長法,通過在α-Al_2O_3載體管表面熱浸漬涂晶,在摩爾比為n(SiO_2):n(Al_2O_3):n(Na_2O):n(K_2O):n(H_2O)=54.0:1.0:15.5:5.3:863.2的清液體系中制備了T型分子篩膜。通過X射線衍射和掃描電子顯微鏡對合成膜的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進行了表征,研究了大小晶種匹配方式晶種濃度、晶化時間和晶化溫度對T型分子篩膜性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:第1次預(yù)涂濃度為10 g/L大晶種,第2次預(yù)涂濃度為5 g/L小晶種,合成溫度為155℃,合成時間為6 h時,在清液體系中可成功制備T型沸石膜;將合成得到的T型分子篩膜用于70℃滲透汽化分離90%異丙醇-水體系,其滲透通量和分離因數(shù)分別可達到1.40 kg/(m~2·h)和2 318。
[Abstract]:A T - type zeolite membrane was prepared by hot dip coating on the surface of 偽 - Al _ 2O _ 3 support tube . The structure and morphology of the synthetic membrane were characterized by X - ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope . The results showed that the first precoating concentration was 10 g / L seed crystal , the second precoating concentration was 5 g / L , the synthesis temperature was 155 鈩,
