貯藏期與酶活性對土豆電池電性能的影響

【摘要】:以90 d貯藏期的老土豆、新鮮土豆為電解質(zhì),并基于Cu、Zn作為正負極材料制成Kcel為6 cm的土豆電池,運用傳感器技術(shù)研究不同貯藏期和酶活性對土豆電池供電性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,新老土豆電池的生物電性能隨土豆組織的鹽橋電導(dǎo)率、酶活性發(fā)生明顯變化。首先,新鮮土豆組織較老土豆組織具有更大的鹽橋電導(dǎo)率,其生物電性能更好;另一方面,溫度對老土豆電池生物電性能的影響出現(xiàn)提前現(xiàn)象,老土豆電池的開路電壓二次峰值分別出現(xiàn)在30、50℃,而新鮮土豆電池的開路電壓二次峰值分別出現(xiàn)在40、60℃,這可歸結(jié)于老土豆的酶活性低于新鮮土豆的酶活性;除此之外,新老土豆電池均呈現(xiàn)出雙電層電容器的儲能與放電特征。
[Abstract]:Potato cell with 6 cm Kcel was prepared by using 90 days old potato and fresh potato as electrolyte. The effect of different storage period and enzyme activity on the power supply of potato battery was studied by means of sensor technology. The results showed that the bioelectrical properties of the new and old potato cells changed significantly with the salt bridge conductivity and enzyme activity of potato tissue. First, fresh potato tissue has greater salt bridge conductivity and better bioelectrical properties than old potato tissue; on the other hand, the effect of temperature on bioelectrical properties of old potato cells appears to be in advance.
