電感耦合等離子體質譜法測定高嶺土中的15種稀土元素

【摘要】:樣品經硝酸-氫氟酸-硫酸三酸消解后,以103 Rh為內標,采用電感耦合等離子體質譜法測定高嶺土中的15種稀土元素。采用標準物質制備工作溶液繪制校正工作曲線消除質譜干擾,通過控制樣品的稀釋因子消除非質譜干擾。各元素的線性范圍為0.20~200mg·kg~(-1),檢出限在0.03~0.09 mg·kg~(-1)之間。方法用于分析巖石標準物質,測定值與認定值的相對誤差在-6.7%~8.3%之間,相對標準偏差(n=5)在0.70%~5.9%之間。實際樣品中15種稀土元素的測定值的相對標準偏差在3.8%~12%之間。
[Abstract]:15 rare earth elements in kaolin were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with 103 Rh as internal standard after digestion by nitric acid hydrofluoric acid-sulphuric acid. The calibration curve of standard material preparation solution was used to eliminate the mass interference, and the non-mass spectrum interference was eliminated by controlling the dilution factor of the sample. The linear range of each element is 0.20~200mg kg ~ (-1), the detection limit is 0.03 ~ 0. 09 mg kg ~ (-1). The method has been applied to the analysis of rock reference materials. The relative error between the measured value and the determined value is between -6.7% and 8.3%, and the relative standard deviation (nb5) is between 0.70% and 5.9%. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 15 rare earth elements in actual samples is between 3.8% and 12%.
