再生廢磚骨料的吸水返水特性研究

【摘要】:采用U型管微壓測(cè)定裝置,結(jié)合毛細(xì)管負(fù)壓測(cè)試,研究了不同預(yù)濕程度的再生廢磚骨料在不同水灰比凈漿中的吸水返水特性。研究結(jié)果表明,再生骨料接觸水泥漿體后開(kāi)始吸水,隨著水泥水化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行,水分不斷消耗,漿體毛細(xì)管不斷細(xì)化,孔內(nèi)負(fù)壓增大,骨料開(kāi)始返水,當(dāng)毛細(xì)管負(fù)壓達(dá)到峰值后,骨料返水速度變慢,直至達(dá)到新的平衡時(shí)返水結(jié)束;再生骨料的吸水返水特性和骨料預(yù)濕程度及漿體水灰比相關(guān),骨料在預(yù)濕狀態(tài)及水灰比低的條件下,吸水能力較弱,返水能力較強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Using the U tube micro pressure measuring device and the capillary negative pressure test, the water absorption characteristics of the recycled waste brick aggregate in different water cement ratio are studied. The results show that the recycled aggregate is exposed to the cement paste and begins to absorb water. With the hydration of cement, the water is constantly consumed and the capillary capillary is continuously finer. When the negative pressure in the hole increases, the aggregate begins to return to water, and when the capillary negative pressure reaches its peak, the return of the aggregate to the water will slow until the new balance is reached, and the water return characteristic of the recycled aggregate is related to the prewetting degree of the aggregate and the water cement ratio of the slurry. Under the condition of the prewetting state and the low water cement ratio, the ability of water absorption is weak and the water return energy is weak. Strong force.
