改性聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸的合成及其阻垢緩蝕機理研究

【摘要】:以馬來酸酐為主要原料制得聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸(PESA),再對PESA進行改性,制得一種性價比更高的綠色阻垢緩蝕劑改性聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸(CSN-PESA)。與PESA相比,CSN-PESA對碳酸鈣垢和磷酸鈣垢的阻垢率分別提高了6%和20.1%,緩蝕率提高了20.2%,成本下降5%。當循環(huán)冷卻水中的Ca2+≤350 mg/L時,CSN-PESA的阻垢效果最好。
[Abstract]:Polyepoxysuccinic acid ( PESA ) was prepared with maleic anhydride as the main raw material , and the PESA was modified to produce a kind of green scale inhibitor modified polyepoxysuccinic acid ( CSN - PESA ) with higher cost performance . Compared with PESA , the scale inhibition rate of CSN - PESA was increased by 6 % and 20.1 % , the corrosion inhibition rate was increased by 20.2 % , and the cost decreased by 5 % .
