鈦酸鋰鉀制備六鈦酸鉀片晶及過(guò)程控制

【摘要】:以K_2CO_3、Li_2CO_3和TiO_2為原料,加入KCl為熔鹽,采用熔鹽法合成片狀鈦酸鋰鉀(K_(0.8)Li_(0.27)Ti_(1.73)O_4,KLTO),并以KLTO為前驅(qū)體通過(guò)過(guò)程控制(酸處理、熱處理、二次煅燒)制備出六鈦酸鉀片晶(K_2Ti_6O_(13))。運(yùn)用XRD和SEM研究了過(guò)程控制對(duì)K_2Ti_6O_(13)片晶生長(zhǎng)的影響,并對(duì)其反應(yīng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行初步的探討。結(jié)果表明:過(guò)程控制對(duì)K_2Ti_6O_(13)片晶的組成及形貌起到了關(guān)鍵性作用。先以2M HNO_3對(duì)KLTO處理2天,再以1.5M KOH為溶劑,150℃水熱處理12h,最后在900℃條件下,二次煅燒3h即可制得各向異性好、分布均勻的K_2Ti_6O_(13)片晶。
[Abstract]:K2Ti6OO _ 6 (13).) potassium titanate (K _ (0.8) Li _ (0.27) Ti _ (1.73) O _ (1.73) O _ 4 KLTO) was synthesized by the method of molten salt, and K2Ti6O _ (13).) was prepared by KLTO as the precursor of K2Ti6OO _ (13).) by using the K2CO3CO3 and TiOSTAL _ 2 as raw materials and adding KCl as the molten salt to prepare the KLTO _ 4 (K _ (0.8) Li _ (0.27) Ti _ (1.73) O _ (1.73) O _ (1.73) O _ 4 KLTO _ 4. The effect of process control on the growth of K _ 2Ti _ 6O _ (13) tablets was studied by XRD and SEM. The results show that process control plays a key role in the composition and morphology of K _ 2Ti _ 2T _ 6O _ (13) wafer.
