塔石化透平壓縮機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文主要論述了如何建立狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的規(guī)范性體系;明確哪些設(shè)備應(yīng)該安裝狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該監(jiān)測哪些測點(diǎn),振動數(shù)據(jù)和工藝量數(shù)據(jù)如何綜合應(yīng)用。怎樣有效發(fā)揮狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的功能,推進(jìn)預(yù)知維修體系和設(shè)備管理體系的進(jìn)步,提高管理水平和效率,最終轉(zhuǎn)換為企業(yè)的產(chǎn)值和效益。從透平壓縮機(jī)組在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)體系研究、化肥廠關(guān)鍵透平壓縮機(jī)組常見故障概述、基于在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的預(yù)知維修體系和管理模式、化肥廠關(guān)鍵透平壓縮機(jī)組在線監(jiān)測診斷案例等幾個方面進(jìn)行了論述,最終得出結(jié)論。透平壓縮機(jī)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)υO(shè)備預(yù)知維修和管理起到重要積極作用。狀態(tài)監(jiān)測當(dāng)前更重要的是故障特征的分析和故障的診斷,只有強(qiáng)化設(shè)備管理,提高管理人員技術(shù)分析水平,才能更好實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)知維修的目的?茖W(xué)合理的設(shè)置振動測點(diǎn)、工藝量測點(diǎn),建設(shè)規(guī)范的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),歸納整理故障機(jī)理和分析方法、典型故障案例,對提高狀態(tài)監(jiān)測水平有較大的促進(jìn)作用。鑒于在線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測的成本,對一般機(jī)泵等其他設(shè)備開展離線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測工作,建立綜合的監(jiān)測體系,有利于完善預(yù)知維修體系。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses how to set up the standard system of condition monitoring system, which equipment should be installed, which measuring points should be monitored, how to apply vibration data and process quantity data synthetically. How to give full play to the function of condition monitoring system, advance the advance of predictive maintenance system and equipment management system, improve the management level and efficiency, and finally transform into the output value and benefit of the enterprise. Based on the research of on-line monitoring system of turbine compressor unit, the common faults of key turbine compressor unit in fertilizer plant, the predictive maintenance system and management mode based on on-line monitoring system, Several cases of on-line monitoring and diagnosis of key turbine compressor units in chemical fertilizer plant are discussed, and the final conclusion is drawn. The condition monitoring system of turbine compressor can play an important role in predicting maintenance and management of equipment. The analysis of fault characteristics and fault diagnosis are more important at present. Only by strengthening the management of equipment and improving the level of technical analysis of managers can the purpose of predictive maintenance be realized better. Scientific and reasonable setting of vibration measuring points, measuring points of technological quantity, constructing standard state monitoring system, summing up fault mechanism and analyzing method, and typical fault cases can greatly promote the improvement of state monitoring level. In view of the cost of on-line condition monitoring, it is beneficial to improve the predictive maintenance system to carry out off-line condition monitoring for other equipment such as general machine and pump, and to establish a comprehensive monitoring system.
