【摘要】:以石煤提釩尾礦細粉、碳酸鈣、粘土和鐵粉為原料,在不同煅燒條件下制備了不同配比的產(chǎn)物,并研究了其性能。結(jié)果表明:(1)產(chǎn)物的主要成分為硅酸三鈣、硅酸二鈣、鐵鋁酸四鈣和鋁酸三鈣,符合水泥熟料的化學組成;(2)熟料煅燒溫度為1400℃,粘土摻加量為8%時的方案最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Using fine powder, calcium carbonate, clay and iron powder from vanadium tailings extracted from stone coal as raw materials, different ratio products were prepared under different calcination conditions, and their properties were studied. The results show that: (1) the main components of the product are tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tetracalcium ferrate and tricalcium aluminate, which accord with the chemical composition of cement clinker, (2) the clinker calcining temperature is 1400 鈩,
