堿礦渣混凝土的動態(tài)沖擊力學性能試驗研究

【摘要】:以礦粉為膠凝材料,水玻璃、NaOH和水的混合液為激發(fā)劑制備直徑為50 mm,厚度分別為25、35、50 mm的堿礦渣混凝土動態(tài)沖擊性能試件,采用直徑為準50的直錐變截面分離式霍普金森壓桿對其進行動態(tài)沖擊壓縮性能試驗,結果表明:堿礦渣混凝土屬于應變率敏感性材料,隨著應變率的提高,動態(tài)沖擊強度增大;應變率相同,峰值應力隨試件厚度增厚而增大;動態(tài)沖擊荷載作用下的強度較靜態(tài)荷載下的強度明顯提高,材料的應變率敏感閥值為37.3 s~(-1);材料的峰值韌度隨應變率增大而提高,表現出較好的能量吸收特性。
[Abstract]:Using mineral powder as cementitious material and the mixture of sodium hydroxide and water as activators, the dynamic impact test specimens of alkali slag concrete with a diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 25 ~ 35 mm were prepared. The dynamic impact compression test of straight tapered split Hopkinson compression bar with quasi-50 diameters is carried out. The results show that alkali slag concrete is a strain rate-sensitive material, and the dynamic impact strength increases with the increase of strain rate. The strain rate is the same, the peak stress increases with the thickness of the specimen, the strength under dynamic impact load is obviously higher than that under static load, the strain rate sensitive threshold of the material is 37.3 s ~ (-1), and the peak toughness of the material increases with the increase of the strain rate. It shows better energy absorption characteristics.
